I dont recommend anyone to download its wast of time

Its a totally useless app. Wherever you tap, it will pop up a message saying "we are sorry, an unexpected error occurred ........" Waste of time

The application is crashed at IOS8

Why we cannot use softcopy of the Shukran card. It will be much easier than carrying the plastic card (and cost effective too)

Repeated error of wrong password despite of changing password several times. Deleted app. Giving one star.

تطبيق معتوه لا فائدة منه في كل مرة يستخدم لابد من ادخال البيانات و لا يوجد طلب دخول مباشر للمستخدم القديم و يطلب التسجيل من جديد ويعيد التكرار لأكثر من مرة 👎🏼

This app never works. The scan a receipt never works, submitting a receipt never works, the complaint service doesn’t even work. Such a waste of time.

read the reviews and instantly deleted the app after it just got done downloading. yikessss

I linked my card to the application at 1st everything was fine i can see my balance and my transaction Suddenly everything disappeared and i can no longer see the points or the transactions Tried to contact everyone but nothing changed

When i try to sign in with my email it says “invalid email address” When I’m trying to sign up a new account with my email it says “the email is already linked to a card” !!!! When I try to log in with my phone number it says “wrong password” I changed my password million times and it still saying “wrong password!!!” I sent an email several months back with no response at all.

The app refused to complete registration process. Need to be reviewd.

I can’t logging in to my account I tried everything my number, my email, my card number and nothing work I am so mad!!!!

Everything was working good until you updated the app.. now after the update its not working properly

I tried to reset my password Error occurred!!!!

I really don’t know what is wrong with your app but totally not working as I can login easily through website with my details but when using app telling me wrong user name or password I dunno how, try to fix your app and pay attention to your customers.

Please add to wallet feature to iphone for easy transaction.

Shukran does not start on iOS 9.3.2 and shows the first screen and stays there. It used to work well until I updated.

My date of birth was incorrectly added to my profile by your staff and I’ve tried so hard to contact Shukran support in which they promised to correct it, but no use. I would recommend making it possible for me to go into my profile after signing in and doing it myself. This is a very old issue. Please update the app.

the virtual card doesn't show the barcode and this is a big issue. happened to me 3 times after uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still doesn't work.

Who wants to walk around with a wallet bulging with loyalty cards! Most of us store virtual cards in Apple wallet. This needs to be one. Please update your software.

It should put the virtual card to the Apple wallet app (passbook)

لا يمكنني الدخول على حسابي رسالة الخطأ "عذراً فقد حدث عطل مفاجيء مرتبط باتصال هاتفك بالانترنت يرجى المحاولة مرة اخرى" والغريب انني استطيع استخدام باقي مميزات البرنامج مثل العروض تحديد موقع المحلات وهذا دليل ان اتصال الانترنت في جهازي يعمل بشكل ممتاز ولكن لا استطيع الدخول على الحساب.
